R.I.P. Leah
I just wanted to say that Leah was a great friend, and I was so lucky and still am lucky to have her in my life. I just want her to know that I will always be thinking about her. I love you Leah, and I will miss you so much. Thanks for always making me smile and for always just being yourself. Rest in Peace.
So this week is going to be very busy and hard for me. Leah's funeral is Tuesday at 11am, and it's going to be so hard, but I know that she is in a better place now. I also have finals this week too, which I am not that worried about. Tomorrow I also have to go to the Medicaid office at 8am in the morning and I will probably be there all day, that is going to stink, but I guess it will all be worth it in the end, just have to make sure I have everything I need to get the help that I need. I hope I do get the help I need.
This weekend at work was good, made some good money which is good. I am trying to save so I guess I will start this weekend. I am also trying to stop smoking again, I have had 3 cigarettes today, and I haven't bought a pack, I will see how it works out. They are just getting to expensive, like $6 or $7 a pack, CRAZY!
Jayden's second Easter is coming up, but this year he will actually get to go look for the Easter eggs, unlike last year when he was only 2 months old, he was still so tiny then. We are having everyone over at our house for Easter, so I am looking foward to that. I also can't wait until June. June is going to be a good month for me, it starts off with Stephanie graduation on the 5th, and the 6th is the George Strait concert at the new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, I can't wait!!! :) I think it will also be the month that I move out also. Not sure on that though.
Well I guess I really don't have anything else to say, except I really do need to get some sleep like I said I have to be up early so good night to all.

Leah
Tonight has been a strange strange night, I don't know if it's the weather or if it's a full moon or what?
There has been to car accidents tonight ... one where my friend was the first responder and the other where my friend was the victim.
The first accident was on belknap and carson ... you'll probably hear about it on the news in the morning on channel 11 cbs, my friend has pulled up to the red light and looked in her review mirror, thank god, and say a truck going about 90mph, so she pulled into the left lane, as he ran the red light he t-boned a silver car which spun and hit another car in the intersection, sarah my friend who had pulled to the side got out of her car to help the guy in the car that had got hit, as she did there were about 5 officers chasing the guy in the truck and they got out of there car and had pulled their weapons out on the guy in the truck, they then pronuced him dead at the scene.
The second wreck involved one of my friends Leah, she was a student in another MA class, and I had gotten really close to her lately. I am not sure where the wreck happened all I know is that they confirmed that it was her that had passed away. So I am all asking you to pray for her family and her friends. I will be doing the same, and I will please ask you all to pray for my friend Amanda who was her best friend and is having a hard time coping with this. Thank you all for your prayers.

School
Just wanted to update everyone on school and how it was going!
Today and yesterday I had test ... and tommorrow I have one too ... I am telling you this Mr. Kopal is kicking my butt literally! I have been so stressed out lately about all the work that we have been doing and the work that we still have to get done ... it's crazy!
Anyways my test grades were good so here they are:
yesterdays test over ch. 3 unit 2 was a 83
todays test over ch. 4 unit 3 was a 100
and we also had a quiz today that I also made 100 on
oh and we also got our report cards today also ... and here are my grades for last mod:
professionalism, medical office, and keyboarding: 92
Fundamentals of Body Structure and Muscular System (A/P): 97
Sterlization and Infection Control (lab): 98
which brings my GPA back up to a 4.0
I'm telling you this is the best that I have ever done in school and it feels great! I love school and I love the career that I am going to be going into, which I plan on farthering my career to become a RN. I can't wait!
Anyways on a different note ... my bestie stephanie might be coming to stay with me for a little bit on her spring break I can't wait! I miss her when I can't see her everyday!
Oh and Eric is not doing so great ... I don't know what's up with him but he came to school tonight and didn't look so great ... I think he is just really stressed out and I think he just needs some time away from everything that's going on in his life. So I hope things will get better for him!
Well I am going to get off of her and call the bestie and then go find something to eat I am starving ... I can't wait until tommorrow because I am getting my eyes checked and I will finally have contacts again .. I hate wearing my glasses!

Catching Up
As I sit here and type this I am listening to a million different sounds all coming from my sons toys. It's crazy I can't believe how many toys this kid really has, and to know that I am going to have to take them all with me when I move out. Fantastic!
So last week on a Wednesday I went and looked at a house with Antonio. We liked the house but not the neighborhood. It is surround by trailers and trashy trailers at that. It's the only house on the block. So don't think we will be moving in there anytime soon. For yall that don't know Antonio is my boss at work, he and I are very close, he has helped me out alot, he's the kind of a person I can tell everything to, and I know he won't tell anyone else. After we looked at the house we went to IHOP yummy, then went to the mall, he bought me a shirt and him one too, and bought Jayden some overalls and matching shoes to go with them, so I had a great Wednesday!
This weekend was good, I worked. Saturday my whole family aunts and uncles came to eat at mi pueblo and I got to see my cousin who I haven't seen since november because he's been in bootcamp forever, so he came to celebrate his moms birthday with the family, it was really nice to see him! I still can't believe I have a cousin in the AIR FORCE! I am so proud of you Brando!!! :)
Yesterday at school was ok got alot of homework done, we still haven't got our report cards from last mod and it's making me mad because I want to know my grades ... GOSH!
Today we have a test and it's going to kick my butt, I have been studying for it but still I know this test is going to be really hard.
Oh and today I had a conslutation for my wisdom teeth, and if had known that I was going to have to pay for the damn xray then I would have said hell no I will come back later, damn it cost me $70 just for a freaking xray of my teeth!!! So umm no I will not be going there to get my teeth pulled, they want $1015 for the whole procedure because I haven't met my deductible on the insurance yet, well I will wait until I do then I will go back until then I will just keep taking my asprin and be happy with that.
Oh and top of things to add to my anger and stress, Medicaid is making me so mad, Jayden doesn't have insurance ... wait hold on just wait for it the reason is hysterical ... BECAUSE WHEN I SENT IN MY CHECK STUBS THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE DATES ON THEM .... yes that's the reason my son doesn't have insurance, tell me how stupid is that, so I have to resend them the check stubs so they can have them to file my case. Isn't medicaid stupid!??? I think so but whatever!!!
Anyways I am going to get off of her before Jayden pulls one of these speakers from the computer on top of his head ... like does the boy not know that will happen when he has done it several times before. So silly! Gotta love em.

So last week on a Wednesday I went and looked at a house with Antonio. We liked the house but not the neighborhood. It is surround by trailers and trashy trailers at that. It's the only house on the block. So don't think we will be moving in there anytime soon. For yall that don't know Antonio is my boss at work, he and I are very close, he has helped me out alot, he's the kind of a person I can tell everything to, and I know he won't tell anyone else. After we looked at the house we went to IHOP yummy, then went to the mall, he bought me a shirt and him one too, and bought Jayden some overalls and matching shoes to go with them, so I had a great Wednesday!
This weekend was good, I worked. Saturday my whole family aunts and uncles came to eat at mi pueblo and I got to see my cousin who I haven't seen since november because he's been in bootcamp forever, so he came to celebrate his moms birthday with the family, it was really nice to see him! I still can't believe I have a cousin in the AIR FORCE! I am so proud of you Brando!!! :)
Yesterday at school was ok got alot of homework done, we still haven't got our report cards from last mod and it's making me mad because I want to know my grades ... GOSH!
Today we have a test and it's going to kick my butt, I have been studying for it but still I know this test is going to be really hard.
Oh and today I had a conslutation for my wisdom teeth, and if had known that I was going to have to pay for the damn xray then I would have said hell no I will come back later, damn it cost me $70 just for a freaking xray of my teeth!!! This weekend
Well this weekend was good friday I worked ... saturday was my son's birthday party, sunday I went to my Nana's house and saw my dad and Chris, then went to work. So I would have to say I had a great weekend.
I found out who I can trust and can't trust. It's amazing how many people say something and do another, but I will remember that in the future. Work is going well I have to add. I really do love my job!
I still can't believe that my son is 1!!!!! He had a doctor's appt. friday and he is doing great. He only weighs 21 lbs and is 3 ft. long! So everything is going great with that.
School is also going pretty good, I know I was very doubtful at the beginning of this mod because of the teacher we had, but it's really not that bad.
The non-smoking thing is not working out really, I am still smoking.
Eric coming back to school has been great he really is such a good friend, and he listens to me. It seems like we are getting closer, but we'll just have to see.
Well I am going to get off of here I have a crap load of laundry to do today
